American Properties Team, Inc. (APT) was formed in 1977 to develop, syndicate and manage multi-unit residential and commercial properties. APT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Apt Management Group, Inc., which is a privately held company.

Our professionals include two full-time staff members who are Certified Property Managers (CPM). In addition, we have one Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), three Certified Managers of Community Associations (CMCA) through the National Board of Certifications for Community Association Managers, five licensed Building Construction Supervisors, two with Credentials in Green Property Management (CGPM), one Certified Manager of Housing, two Certified Managers of Maintenance, and two Real Estate Brokers. CAI recently honored Jennifer Pappas, an APT Portfolio Manager, with the “Manager of the Year Award” at their 2015 banquet.
